For the safety of high-rise buildings in Jinan, a new fire safety regulations

Recently, the General Office of the Municipal Government issued the "Measures for the Administration of Fire Safety of High-rise Buildings in Jinan (Trial)". It stipulates that public buildings with newly built, expanded or rebuilt building heights of more than 100 meters and a standard floor construction area of ​​more than 1,000 square meters should be equipped with rooftop helipads or helicopter rescue facilities.

How tall buildings can be called high-rise buildings. It is understood that residential buildings above 10 floors (including) or above (including those with commercial service outlets on the first floor) and public buildings with a building height of more than 24 meters belong to the category of high-rise buildings.

The "Jinan Municipal High-rise Building Fire Safety Management Measures (Trial)" stipulates that high-rise buildings with new, expanded or renovated (including indoor and outdoor decoration, use change, building insulation, the same below) shall not use flammable materials for exterior insulation. In addition, newly built, expanded or rebuilt public buildings with a height of more than 100 meters and a standard floor area of ​​more than 1,000 square meters shall be equipped with rooftop helipads or helicopter rescue facilities in accordance with relevant requirements. It is forbidden for any units and individuals to occupy or block fire truck lanes, fire separation distances, and fire truck climbing operation surfaces; it is forbidden to set obstacles such as overhead lines and lighting facilities that affect the climbing surface of fire trucks; it is forbidden to occupy, block, close or arbitrarily separate common parts. Stairs, evacuation routes, safety exits, roof evacuation platforms, refuge floors (between rooms).
