High alumina bricks have different effects

According to the aluminum oxide (Al2O3) content of high-alumina brick, 48%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 73%, and 75% of the content of high-alumina brick is currently used. Of course there is a higher content of the above attributed to corundum. According to the amount of 55 or less, it is called a clay brick, which is a neutral refractory material and is made by bakelite or other materials with high alumina content. With high thermal stability, fire-resistant temperature is about 1700°C, which is used for lining of glass melting furnace, cement rotary kiln and steelmaking electric furnace. Of course, there are some high-alumina clay bricks with high softness, low creep, and low porosity. The high-alumina brick finished products are only important in the production of raw materials depending on the application needs. The high-alumina bricks and clay bricks are not only different in alumina content, but their production processes are similar, but the incorporation of clinker in speculation is high, reaching 90-95%, and the firing temperature is also higher than that of clay bricks. A lot higher, in the actual test side one or two high-alumina brick mostly used in the temperature of 1500-1600 °C tunnel kiln, blast furnace, furnace top, reverberatory furnace, rotary kiln lining and many other furnaces.
