The encoder has 5 leads, 3 of which are pulse output lines, 1 is a COM end line, and 1 is a power line (OC gate output type). The power supply of the encoder can be an external power supply, or it can directly use the DC24V power supply of the PLC. The "-" end of the power supply should be connected to the COM end of the encoder, and the "+" should be connected to the power supply end of the encoder. The COM end of the encoder is connected to the COM input terminal of the PLC. The A, B and Z two-phase pulse output lines are directly connected to the input end of the PLC. A and B are pulses with a difference of 90 degrees, and the Z-phase signal is rotated only once in the encoder. A pulse, usually used to make the basis of the zero point, pay attention to the response time of the PLC input when connecting. The rotary encoder also has a shielded wire. 1. It is necessary to hold the wiring diagram of the encoder part of the elevator control system and the encoder manual, and the two are combined correctly.

2. When installing, the encoder should be handled gently to avoid collision. It is strictly forbidden to hit the encoder with a hammer and other objects during the installation process. If during the installation process, the shaft diameter of the elevator traction machine and the inner diameter of the encoder If there is any error, you can polish the traction machine shaft or lightly grind the inner sleeve of the encoder with sandpaper.

3. If the connection between the encoder body and the encoder is connected with a threaded plug-in, the encoder port must be aligned with its connector when connecting, so as to avoid damage to the pinhole during insertion.

4. It is best to separate the encoder from the power line to prevent interference.

5. The main body of the encoder and the traction machine shaft should be elastically connected.

6. The encoder installation and the shaft of the traction machine must maintain good concentricity.
