The effective distance of this technology is 3 meters, but it requires the device and the computer to keep "directly", that is, the computer needs to be placed in a fixed position, and there can be no shelter between the device.

The researchers said that their next goal is to develop a tracking system that allows users to freely place and move their own computer, and data transmission will not be affected.
