Installation instructions 1. Pressure differential bypass valve installation location: position 1. Installed on the main water inlet and outlet main pipe. 2. The pressure differential bypass valve has a water flow direction indication. During installation, pay attention to the direction of the bypass water flow must be consistent with the system water flow direction, otherwise the pressure differential bypass will fail;
3. When the main engine cooling capacity is too large, and DN32 cannot meet the system pressure differential bypass flow requirements, multiple pressure differential bypass valves with the same caliber pressure differential setting value can be used in parallel (as shown below):
Debugging method When the pressure difference of 0.5-3Bar pressure range is selected, the valve for returning to the main pipe is closed during debugging, similar to the case where the fan coil is completely closed, adjust the pressure knob counterclockwise to 0.5Bar, and the pressure difference is bypassed at this time The pressure is minimum, the bypass water flow is maximum, start the host and the pump, and slowly adjust the clockwise adjustment knob to pressurize until the host lacks water protection trip, then the scale value of the pressure is the critical point, and then the pressure The knob reverses the maximum pressure of the differential pressure bypass counterclockwise, 10% of the pressure 3Bar, which is about 0.3Bar (almost a small grid scale); after the pressure differential bypass debugging is completed, start the host test run again to confirm the debugging results. (If the bypass pressure range of differential pressure is 0.2-1Bar, then return to 0.1Bar at the critical point, which is also a small scale)
