When selecting cooperation; first think about the type of load that the ferrule accepts. The types of loads accepted by the general ferrule are as follows:

The characteristics of the rotating load are that the radial load vector is related to the ferrule rotation. The rotating load has the following three conditions:
(1) The load direction is fixed; the ferrule is changed;
(2) the load vector rotates; the ferrule stops;
(3) The load vector rotates at a different speed than the ferrule.
3 Swing load and variable load Sometimes the direction and size of the load cannot be determined locally; for example, in a high-speed rotating machine; except that the received rotor component is a fixed direction load; there is also a rotating load caused by unbalanced mass; if this is The rotating load is much larger than the fixed load; then the component load is still the rotating load; and if the rotating load is much smaller than the fixed load; the composition load is the rocking load. The rotating load is still the rocking load; its size and direction are both It is constantly changing. In the variable working state; some ferrules can be loaded with a load but a fixed load; time is a fixed load; time is a rocking load. This load is called an indefinite load.
The swaying load and the indefinite load should be treated equally with the rotating load in cooperation; too loose cooperation will lead to cooperation surface damage.
The ferrule and shaft or seat hole related to the rotation of the load direction; the transition cooperation or interference cooperation should be selected. The interference size should be used when the bearing is working under load; the ferrule does not occur on the cooperating appearance on the shaft or the seat hole. The “activity” is the criterion. The load is very light; or the ferrule has a low-speed transition under the heavy load effect; the transition cooperation can be selected; at this moment, the shaft appearance should have higher hardness and smaller surface roughness.
Regarding heavy load applications; generally, the cooperation should be tighter than in light load and normal load situations. The heavier the load; the greater the cooperative interference should be.
