3 Solution realization and key technology 3.1 Establishment of screw model Due to the various standards and types of screws in the injection mold, the following description uses the hexagon socket screw in the PUNCH standard as an example. 3.2 The parameters of the screw model are configured to facilitate the screw design tool to read data and the user to query and add screw information. The tool stores the parameter information of the screw in an Excel spreadsheet. In the screw design, the program first automatically obtains the screw type and screw type configuration table in the screw configuration file, as shown in Table 1.
