Impact crusher installation method


(1) The installation and construction personnel should be familiar with the structure, performance and technical requirements of this product, understand the necessary operating specifications, and formulate appropriate installation process regulations in advance.

(2) Sufficient hoisting equipment for hoisting at the installation site.

(3) Before installation of the equipment, the reserved operating space of the equipment foundation and the coordinate position of the reserve bolts of the anchor bolts shall be inspected carefully and shall comply with the general plan of the equipment and the relevant basic design information. The vertical and horizontal base coordinates (horizontal and vertical axes) of the equipment are the centerline of the equipment and the axis of the rotor, respectively.

(4) Impact Crusher Body Installation

1 The crusher must be installed on the basis of reinforced concrete. The height, depth and area of ​​the foundation should be calculated separately according to the local soil conditions. The machine can be installed on a steel frame.

2 The base surface shall be straight, the intersection between the machine body and the foundation shall not be exposed to ash, and the anchor bolts shall be tightened repeatedly.

3 The lower part of the foundation should have enough space for the installation of transport equipment and equipment overhaul.

4 There shall be vibration-absorbing material between the equipment and the foundation.

5 The local motor position can be arranged left and right. The regular product is on the right side of the host. If there is any change, please inform the supplier when ordering.

(5) When installing, replacing or adjusting the hammer, pay attention to the weight of the hammer. The weight difference of the plate hammer in the symmetrical position should be controlled to the minimum state.

(6) Before the first start and after running for a long time, the gap between the lower edge of the reaction plate and the upper part of the hammer must be checked. Ensure that the gap between the front counterattack and the hammer is twice the gap width between the rear counterattack and the hammer. The gap adjustment at the factory is:

The clearance between the front counterattack and the hammer is 60mm; the gap between the rear counterattack and the hammer is 30mm

(7) In order to prevent the impact crusher from being damaged by foreign hard objects, a hopper must be installed on the casing. Similarly, the chute after the crushing of the material to the belt conveyor needs to be installed at the lower part of the discharge port of the crusher.

(8) Preparation for trial operation

1 Check and make sure there are no other items or materials in the crusher body.

2 Check that all fastening parts are securely locked.

3 Check whether each access door is sealed. Before closing the doors, a thick layer of grease should be applied around the outside edge of the doors to make them more air-tight when closed.

4 Check the bearing for proper amount of grease.

5 Check for jamming at the pin of each movement and apply proper amount of grease.

6 Check whether the clearance between the counter lining plate and the rotor meets the requirements.

(9) Empty load operation

1 Before starter motor test, manual operation can be used to confirm that there is no abnormal sound and then no load starts.

2 The empty load test must follow the principle of continuous operation after first jog, confirm that there is no abnormal sound and then empty test run.

3 When the air is running, the machine is required to run smoothly without abnormal vibration and noise. The empty running test run time is not less than 2 hours, the bearing temperature is stable, and its temperature rise does not exceed 30°C.

4 After the normal load test of the machine is normal, the load test run can be performed. The continuous operation of the load is not less than 4 hours.

5 The machine must use the feeding device to feed the material evenly and continuously, and the scraps should be distributed on the whole length of the working part of the rotor. This will not only ensure the production capacity, but also avoid the phenomena of blocking and stuffy cars, and prolong the service life of the machine.

6 feeding device electrical control system should be linked with the crusher electrical control system, when the crusher is overloaded, the conveyor belt can be the first to automatically cut off the power to stop feeding.

7 Impact crusher shutdown: Before each shutdown, stop the feeding work. After the materials in the crushing cavity are completely broken, the power supply can be shut down.

8 After the completion of the load test run, all fastening bolts and anchor bolts shall be tightened, the position of the hammers shall be positioned, and the fixing of the liner shall be checked and the necessary adjustments shall be made.
