After the material is synthesized, the material is used to make drop hammer tests in gas ( 21% hydrogen concentration ), and no spark or detonation gas is generated in the friction test. This material is called explosion-proof material. The tool made of this material is called explosion-proof tool. The hardness of the tool is HRC35 degrees or more.

The spark of the tool is caused by the impurity components of the manufacturing tool materials. What is the difference between explosion-proof tools and copper alloy tools?

Copper alloy tools cannot be classified as explosion-proof tools. There are hundreds of specifications of copper alloys on the domestic market. As long as copper (electrolytic copper) and any metal are synthesized, they are called copper alloys. Currently, the material of explosion-proof tools is made of beryllium bronze alloy only. Aluminum bronze alloys are approved by the market and also meet the performance, hardness, torque and mechanical strength of explosion-proof tools. In particular, copper alloys that do not have a material report are in fact scrap copper purchased by the market, collectively referred to as miscellaneous copper (copper alloys). This kind of material has high impurities and is prone to sparks. It has no hardness and no torque. It is manufactured by using traditional sand casting process. The surface is rough, there are pores, trachoma, shrinkage, easy to bend and break easily when used. This is a fake and shoddy product. (As it is known that the appearance of sparks is caused by impurities, mixed copper contains high impurity components, so it is not called a qualified explosion-proof tool.)
