Note: 1. Steel is delivered in hot rolled condition.
2. The sample quenching system is as follows:
20MnVK: round steel is (880±20) °C water quenching, (300±30) °C tempering, air cooling or water cooling. The flat steel is water quenched at 880-900 °C, tempered at (450±30) °C, air-cooled or fire-cooled.
24Mn2K: (850 ± 20) ° C oil quenching, 400 ~ 420 ° C tempering, water cooling.
The mechanical properties (tensile strength, yield point, elongation) of 3.30Mn2K in hot rolling state shall be indicated in the quality certificate.
(3) Use is suitable for the manufacture of coal mine conveyor equipment and support.
