PP pipe construction regulations

1. All piping in the house should be matched with pipelines of other systems. The principle should be installed at the highest point or near the wall. The pipeline should be in accordance with the principle of the wall. The pipeline should be parallel or perpendicular to the wall. The piping outside the house should be parallel or perpendicular to the building. .

2. The piping outside the house is a buried pipe device, and the piping part in the house is a mixing device for the buried pipe and the open pipe. All the pipelines shall not be buried in the concrete unless otherwise specified.

3. Before installing the pipe, the pipe should be cleaned and the pipe fittings should be inspected before they are damaged.

4. All the pipelines with external leakage shall be able to adapt to the expansion and contraction of the pipe and prevent the rocking, and may adjust the slope of the high and low holding pipes. The contractor shall refer to the building structure drawing and select the brackets and fixing brackets. The type of drawing shall be submitted to the supervisory engineer for verification. Unless otherwise specified, the supporting spacing shall be as follows:

5

A, hanging pipe rack and bracket spacing

Hydraulic Cartridge Valve

Hydraulic Cartridge Valves, also known as slip-in valves, 2/2-way valves, logic valves or logic elements, are industrial hydraulic valves used for directional, pressure, check, and flow control. These cartridge valves are a compact design that can be used in Hydraulic Manifold systems for many types of industrial and mobile machinery. These products are ideal for applications which require high flow rates and leak-free control.

There are different types of hydraulic cartridge valves as below:

1.    Solenoid Valves

2.    Pressure Valves

3.    Directional Valves

4.    Flow Valves
