On December 1, 2010, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the China National Standardization Administration issued the "Notice on the Approval of the National Standards of the People's Republic of China", and approved the issuance of the National Machine Tool CNC System Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC367). The national standard GB/T 25636-2010 "User Service Guide for Machine Tool CNC System" was established. The standard was officially implemented on March 1, 2011. With the development of the machine tool numerical control system industry, the market order is becoming more and more standardized, and the requirements for the content and quality of product services are getting higher and higher. Because there is no uniform service standard, there is no basis for judging the work of pre-sale, sale, and after-sales of products, resulting in uneven service quality in the industry, and the service work is not in place, which directly affects the interests of users. In order to establish a good service behavior norm, to provide users with high quality and efficient service guarantee, and also to make the machine tool numerical control system enterprise develop along the direction of modern enterprise system architecture, the National Machine Tool Numerical Control System Standardization Technical Committee specially drafted and formulated Machine Tool CNC System User Service Guide" standard. This standard stipulates the guide for machine tool numerical control system enterprises to provide services for users. It mainly puts forward specific requirements for the basic principles, service contents and product accompanying documents of machine tool CNC system manufacturing enterprises (including sellers) to provide services for users. The formulation and implementation of the "Guidelines for User Service of Machine Tool CNC System" will play an effective role in industry supervision and market consumption. It is not only conducive to promoting the improvement of product quality and service level of machine tool numerical control system, but also has important practical significance for establishing good market behavior norms, promoting technological service innovation, and promoting industrial structure adjustment and industrial upgrading.
