1. Wooden sound-absorbing panels consist of facings, core materials and sound-absorbing mats. The core material is a 16mm or 18mm thick imported MDF sheet. The front surface of the core material is affixed with a decorative surface and the back of the German Freudenberg black acoustical felt. According to the customer's request, the finishes include various wood veneers, imported paint surfaces, paint surfaces and other finishes.
2, keel
(1) The wall surface covered by sound-absorbing panels must be installed with keel according to the requirements of design drawings or construction drawings, and the keel should be leveled. Keel surface should be smooth, smooth, no rust, no deformation.
(2) The structural wall shall be pre-processed according to the building code. The keel arrangement must be adapted to the sound-absorbing panel arrangement. The spacing of wooden keel should be less than 300mm, and the spacing of light steel keel should not be more than 400mm. The keel should be installed perpendicular to the length of the acoustic panel.
(3) The distance from the surface of the wood keel to the base layer is generally 50mm according to the specific requirements. The degree of flatness and verticality of the wood keel edge should not exceed 0.5mm.
(4) If fillers are required in the keel clearance, they should be installed and handled first according to the design requirements, and they must not affect the installation of sound-absorbing panels.
Second, install:
1. Measure the dimensions of the wall, confirm the installation position, determine the horizontal and vertical lines, and determine the cut-out dimensions of the Wire socket, pipe, and other objects.
2, according to the actual size of the construction site to calculate and cut part of the sound-absorbing panels (symmetrical requirements on the opposite surface, in particular, pay attention to cut some of the size of the sound-absorbing panels to ensure both sides of the symmetry) and lines (edge ​​lines, corner lines, connections Lines), and reserved for wire sockets, pipes and other objects.
3, install the sound-absorbing board:
(1) The installation order of sound-absorbing panels follows the principles from left to right and from bottom to top.
(2) When the sound-absorbing panel is installed laterally, the notch faces upward; when installed vertically, the notch is on the right side.
(3) Some solid wood sound-absorbing panels have requirements for pattern, and each facade should be installed from small to large in accordance with the pre-programmed numbers on the sound-absorbing panels. (Numbers of sound-absorbing panels follow from left to right, bottom to top, and numbers from small to large)
4, sound-absorbing board fixed on the keel:
(1) Wooden keel: Mounted with a shot screw
The sound-absorbing plate is fixed on the keel along the slot and plate groove with nails. The nail must have more than 2/3 embedding wood keel. The shot screws should be evenly distributed and require a certain density. Each sound-absorbing plate and every The number of nails on the keel is not less than 10.
(2) Light steel keel: adopts special installation accessories
The sound-absorbing panels are mounted transversely with the notches facing up and mounted with mounting fittings. Each sound-absorbing panel is in turn connected. The sound-absorbing panel is installed vertically with the notches on the right side, and the same method is installed from the left. The two sound-absorbing board ends should have a gap of not less than 3mm.
5. When there is a requirement for the sound absorbing board to be edging, it can be closed by the number 580 for the edge and the edge is screwed. When the right side and the upper side line are installed, it is set to 1.5mm for lateral expansion and can be sealed with silicone.
6. There are two methods for installing sound-absorbing panels at the corners of the wall, which are closely matched or fixed by 588 lines.
(1) Interior corners (inset angles), close together; fixed with 588 lines;
(2) External corner (positive angle), close together; fixed with 588 lines.
7, manholes and other construction issues
(1) When the inspection hole is in the same plane, the rest of the surface of the inspection hole cover except for the wooden edge shall be decorated with a sound-absorbing board; the sound-absorbing board on the wall shall not be trimmed at the inspection hole, but only need to be flush with the edge of the access hole. You can.
(2) If the position of the access hole is in vertical contact with the wall surface of the sound-absorbing panel, the position of the access hole shall be changed to ensure the construction conditions of the sound-absorbing panel.
(3) If other construction problems (such as wire sockets, etc.) are encountered during installation, the connection method should follow the requirements of the designer or follow the instructions of the on-site technical personnel. 1, paint color difference
(1) There is a color difference in sound-absorbing panels of solid wood finishes, which is a natural phenomenon.
(2) There may be a color difference between the paint finish of the sound-absorbing panel and other parts of the installation site. In order to maintain the consistent color of the paint, it is recommended to adjust the color of the hand paint on other parts of the installation site according to the pre-painting color of the sound-absorbing panel after installation of the sound-absorbing board; or to request the company to provide sound-absorbing boards with solid wood finish without pre-painting treatment. .
2. Wooden sound-absorbing panels must be sealed against moisture in the non-installation environment.
