What are the problems that often appear after the interior wall tiles are laid, and why?

The most likely problems after interior wall tiles are post-cracking (glaze cracking), hollowing and shedding. Late cracking refers to the appearance of fine cracks on the glazed surface of the inner wall tiles after they have been applied for a certain period of time, and can penetrate ink and other stains. This kind of defect is easy to occur when the humidity in the use environment is high. There are two reasons for this: First, there is a problem with the internal quality of bricks. If the crack resistance of the brick does not meet the standard requirements, after being laid in a moist environment for a period of time, glaze cracking may occur due to the effect of internal stress. The crack distribution caused by this reason is relatively uniform and there is no certain rule. In different regions, different rooms, and different buildings, as long as the conditions of use are the same or similar, the probability of cracks is the same. The second reason is construction. Prefabricated structures, mortar ratios, and paving methods also tend to cause late cracking. If the room is buried with dark lines and the depth of the embedding is too shallow, it may cause cracks in a line. Underneath the foundation there are wooden components, and there may also be cracks in a neat shape. If the same batch of bricks are paved by different workers in different rooms and the use environment is basically the same, one room is in good condition and the other room is cracked. If the reason for prefabricated structure is excluded at the same time, it is highly likely that the same batch of mortar will be used. The ratio is related to the paving method.

Hollowing and detachment are generally caused by construction reasons. Improper control of ash seams, uneven or poor quality mortar, and uneven back sizing during paving can all cause these deficiencies.
