"PM2.5 Respirator" Industry Alliance Standards Conference

On the 14th, the meeting was hosted by the China National Association of Textile Commerce Safety and Health Protective Products. At the meeting, Secretary-General Chen Haida introduced the formulation and review process of "PM2.5 Respirator" over the past year or more, and finally finalized the standards.

Dr. Zheng Junming, Institute of Urban Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences, elaborated on the contents of PM2.5 Protective Masks and exchanged views with the guests present.

"PM2.5 protective mask" has the following five characteristics:

1. It is made up of many well-known protective mask manufacturers in the domestic labor protection industry to meet the requirements of protection and achieve various technical indicators that are jointly recognized;

2. Drafting guidance by senior experts in the industry, according to the characteristics of PM2.5 fine particles and the classification of users;

3. Based on the national standard of GB2626-2006 "Respiratory Protection Products-Self-absorption Filter Type Particle Respirator", the extension standard specified for the change of haze PM2.5 particle protection requirements;

4, for the production of anti-PM2.5 mask material diversity, increased formaldehyde, PH value, can decompose carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes and other testing requirements;

5. Taking full account of the existing production equipment and testing conditions of the protective mask manufacturer, there is no need to increase the industry standard for additional equipment.

"General Protection Requirements for Personal Protective Equipment Listeners" (GB/T31422-2015)

On the 15th, the meeting was held by the National Standardization Committee for Personal Protective Equipment of the China Textile Commerce Association. Liu Hongjuan, director of the Office of the National Labor Protection Supplies Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Beijing), introduced the main contents of GB/T31422-2015 General Technical Conditions for Personal Protective Equipment Hearing Aids implemented on October 1, 2015. . The standards mainly stipulate the main technical indicators, physical performance test methods and acoustic performance test methods for earmuffs and earplugs.
