1. Choose the right hydraulic oil

Hydraulic oil plays the role of transmitting pressure, lubrication, cooling and sealing in the hydraulic system. The improper selection of hydraulic oil is one of the main reasons for the early failure and durability of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil should be selected according to the grade specified in the random "Instruction Manual". When the substitute oil is used in special cases, the performance should be the same as the original grade. Different grades of hydraulic oil cannot be mixed to prevent chemical reactions and changes in performance of hydraulic oil. Dark brown, milky white, odorous hydraulic oil is a metamorphic oil and cannot be used. If equipment has been used for an oil, when replacing it with other types of oil, pay special attention to the cleaning of the equipment and reliable replacement of the oil. It is best to use automatic oil to detect, clean and replace the equipment.

2, state monitoring active maintenance and regular maintenance combined, mutual complement state monitoring, active maintenance is the future direction of hydraulic equipment maintenance, on the hydraulic oil particle pollution, water pollution, temperature and other key parameters, online real-time monitoring to prevent Accidents and serious damage to equipment life. If the key parameters are found to be abnormal, you should stop the maintenance at any time and troubleshoot according to the alarm parameters. Before the serious problem occurs, the early warning stage will find and solve the problem in time, which is the key to active maintenance and the highest cost-effective solution.

After long-term use of the equipment, the filter should be cleaned, the hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned, the filter element and hydraulic oil should be replaced, and the oil change time should be advanced in advance for long-term high temperature operation. It is the most economical to guide oil change through oil quality analysis and analysis, but it is necessary to pay attention to prolonging the use of hydraulic oil, which should be tested every 100h in order to find and replace the deteriorated hydraulic oil in time.

After approaching the life cycle of the original construction machinery, the hydraulic system of the construction machinery at this time needs to be tested by professionals to make necessary adjustments and repairs. According to the practice, the imported hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor must be overhauled after working for 10,000 hours. Otherwise, the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor may be damaged due to disrepair, which is fatal to the hydraulic system.

3. Prevent solid impurities from mixing into the hydraulic system

Clean hydraulic oil is the life of the hydraulic system. There are many precision parts in the hydraulic system, and some have damping holes or gaps. If the solid impurities invade, the precision parts will be pulled, the card is issued, the oil passage is blocked, etc., which jeopardizes the safe operation of the hydraulic system. In general, solid materials invasion routes are: hydraulic oil is not clean; refueling tools are unclean; refueling and maintenance, maintenance careless; hydraulic components desquamation. Solid impurities can be prevented from invading the system from the following aspects:

1 The hydraulic oil must be filtered when refueling, and the refueling tool should be clean and reliable. It is not possible to remove the filter at the fuel tank filler port in order to increase the fueling speed. Refuelers should use clean gloves and overalls.

2 Remove the hydraulic fuel tank cap, filter cover, detection hole, hydraulic oil pipe, etc. during maintenance. When the hydraulic system oil passage is exposed, avoid dust. The disassembled parts must be thoroughly cleaned before opening. If the hydraulic fuel tank cap is removed, first remove the dirt around the fuel tank cap, loosen the fuel tank cap and remove any debris left in the joint (can not be washed with water to prevent water from seeping into the tank), and confirm that the fuel tank cap can be opened after cleaning. If you need to use the wiping material and the hammer, you should choose a wiping material that does not remove fiber impurities and a special hammer that is attached to the rubber. Hydraulic components and hydraulic hoses should be carefully cleaned and assembled by high-pressure air drying. Use a properly packaged genuine filter element (if the package is damaged, although the filter element is intact, it may not be clean). Clean the filter at the same time as the oil change. Before installing the filter element, apply the wipe material to carefully remove the dirt inside the filter case.

3 The hydraulic system cleaning oil must use the same hydraulic oil as the system used. The oil temperature is between 45 and 80 °C. Use large flow to remove impurities from the system as much as possible. The hydraulic system should be cleaned more than three times. After each cleaning, the oil is released from the system when it is hot. After cleaning, clean the filter and replace it with new oil.

4. Prevent air and water intrusion into the hydraulic system

Prevent air from invading the hydraulic system. At normal pressure and normal temperature, the hydraulic oil contains air with a volume ratio of 6% to 8%. When the pressure is reduced, the air will be freed from the oil. The bubble will cause the hydraulic components to “cavitate” and generate noise. A large amount of air entering the oil will aggravate the phenomenon of "cavitation", increase the compressibility of the hydraulic oil, unstable work, reduce work efficiency, and cause "crawling" of the actuators. In addition, the air also oxidizes the hydraulic oil, accelerating its deterioration. The following points should be noted to prevent air intrusion:

1 After repairing and changing oil, the air in the system should be excluded according to the random "Instruction Manual".

2 The oil suction pipe of the hydraulic oil pump shall not expose the oil surface, and the oil suction pipe must be well sealed.

3 The seal of the oil pump drive shaft should be good. When replacing the oil seal at this place, the "double lip" genuine oil seal should be used. It can't be replaced by the "single lip" oil seal, because the "single lip" oil seal can only seal the oil in one direction, and does not have the gas seal. Features.
