Energy saving and environmental protection air conditioning

For general environments, it is recommended to have a ventilation rate of 25 to 30 air changes per hour. This ensures good indoor air quality and comfort in most settings.

In crowded public spaces such as shopping malls, schools, or offices, the required number of air changes increases to between 30 and 40 times per hour. This helps manage higher levels of occupancy and potential airborne contaminants.

Workshops that use heating equipment or generate heat should maintain a higher ventilation rate, ideally 50 to 60 air changes per hour. This prevents overheating and ensures proper air circulation for both comfort and safety.

In damp southern regions, where humidity is high, it’s advisable to increase the air change rate slightly to reduce moisture levels and prevent mold growth. In contrast, in hot and dry northern areas, you can reduce the frequency of air exchanges if needed, to avoid excessive cooling and energy waste.

Adjusting ventilation rates based on location, usage, and climate conditions is essential for maintaining a healthy and comfortable indoor environment while also optimizing energy efficiency.
