Heavy plate feeder safety operating procedures
1. Check if the oil level of the reducer is normal;
2, check the two open gear (hood) transmission oil level is normal;
3, motor, reducer, bearings, anchor bolts are loose, fall off;
4. Is there any foreign material on the slot plate and is it deformed?
5. There are no foreign objects on the return slot board on the track of the trough plate.
6, the slot board connection bolt is loose, fall off;
7. Whether the head and tail wheel drive chain wheel tooth block connection bolts are loose or fall off;
8. Whether the head and tail wheel drive chain wheel tooth block meshes with the chain plate is normal;
9. Whether the chain plate is broken or not, and whether the pin is ejected;
10. The components of the carrier chain wheel device, the roller device and the roller device are fixed well;
Second, the equipment during the inspection:
1. Check if the oil level of the reducer is normal;
2. Check whether the gears of the two open gears (covers) are meshed properly and whether the lubrication is good.
3, motor, reducer, bearing vibration, abnormal sound, overheating;
4. Whether the motor and reducer anchor bolts are loose or fall off;
5. Whether the head and tail wheel bearings have vibration, abnormal sound, or overheat;
6. Whether the head wheel drive gear block bolt is loose or fall off;
7. Whether the head and tail wheel drive sprocket tooth block meshes with the chain plate is normal;
8, whether the chain plate is broken, whether the pin is ejected;
9. The connection of each component of the supporting sprocket device, the supporting roller device and the roller bearing device is good;
10. Is there any foreign matter on the return slot board?
11. Is there any deformation in the groove plate and whether it has friction or scratching with the plate?
12. Is the tensioning device normal?
13. Is the delivery volume appropriate and there are no clogging at the inlet and outlet;
14, whether the entire plate feeder operation is stable, with or without abnormal vibration, abnormal sound;
15, whether the bearing lubrication is normal;
Third, after the parking inspection and precautions:
1. Check the consumption of lubricating oil, and whether there is leakage in each department;
2. Check the degree of wear of the groove plate, block plate and chain;
3, check whether the connecting bolts of each department are loose;
4. Clean the sticky materials on the groove plate, chain plate, etc. and clean the blank material.
