For bolts, studs, screws, nuts and special-shaped non-standard parts with ML35 (32, 40), etc. due to the hardenability of the material, the quenching medium with faster cooling speed should be selected in the heat treatment process. 1. The product size is M4-Ml6, you can choose 3-5% KR6480 polymer water-soluble quenching agent, if you choose 35#, 35A, 35S can be relaxed to M18--M20.

4. Spring washers with 65Mn, 60Si2Mn, 70, etc., KRl18 quick quenching oil can be selected for retaining ring.

5. There are many types of products, and the size span is larger. KRll8 or KR6480 can be used (can meet the quenching and carburizing quenching of all alloy steels and carbon steel of certain size). The intrinsic quality of the workpiece is determined by the heat treatment quality. The quenching medium plays a decisive role in the heat treatment, but it is the smallest piece of heat treatment production cost.
