Radiator technical standard

The material of the radiator should meet the requirements of GB 13237, and the thickness of the water pipe is 1.5MM.

The radiator shall be subjected to a water vapor pressure test in groups, and the pressure bearing capacity shall not be less than 1.6 MP.

The inlet and outlet pipes of the radiator are arranged under the radiator, and the inlet and outlet pipes are not provided on the side. The center distance between the inlet and outlet pipes is 120MM, and the error is not more than ±5MM.

The radiator is a high-quality cold-rolled low-carbon steel tube radiator. The room has an oval tube double-lapped type with a water-passing aperture of 15mm. The radiator tube must be no less than one layer of uniform, dense acid-proof, alkali-resistant, high-temperature and oxygen-resistant. There shall be no defects such as cracks, pores, incomplete penetration and burn-through; spot welding shall be uniform and adjacent The solder joint distance is not more than 40MM, and the solder joints must not have defects such as burn through. The heat pipe and the water pipe must be welded firmly.

The outer surface of the radiator should be electrostatically sprayed after good pretreatment. The surface of the paint film should be smooth, flat and uniform. There should be no air bubbles, accumulation, runny or leaking spray; the thickness of the primer should not be less than 15μm, and the thickness of the paint film should not be less than 60μm; the adhesion of the paint film should meet the requirements of 1-3 grades specified in GB/T 1720; the impact resistance of the paint film should meet the requirements of GB/T 1732.

The material painted on the surface of the radiator should be non-toxic and odorless, and it should not produce harmful substances at high temperatures, nor can it reduce its physical properties.

The inlet and outlet pipes, running winds and plugs of the radiator are all DN15. The number of brackets fitted with the radiator shall not be less than the number specified in the T22 type of L90N92-49, and the number of brackets for each bathroom radiator shall not be less than 4.

The radiator for bathroom is an elliptical steel tube back-type radiator with a towel rack. The heat dissipation of each group is not less than 685W when the inlet and outlet water temperature is 80C/60C. The center distance of the riser of the bathroom radiator is 570mm, the height is less than 1m, the length and width ratio should be beautiful, and the equipotential bonding device should be provided, and the equipotential bonding terminal should be set.

The radiator shall not have obvious deformation, scratches, bruises and burrs.
