Suitable weather conditions for the next week

It is expected that in the next week (April 25 to May 1), most of the meteorological conditions in the spring sowing area will be appropriate, reminding the farmers to seize the favorable opportunity to plant.

In the past week, 5-20 mm precipitation occurred in most of the northern spring sowing areas. The precipitation in the southeastern part of Heilongjiang, northeastern Jilin, central Hebei and central Henan reached 20-50 mm. The soil moisture was effectively supplemented, southeast of Heilongjiang. The soil shortage in western and northern North China and the central and western Henan is alleviated, which is conducive to the timely development of spring sowing work. The temperature in the northern spring sowing area is relatively high, with most of the northeastern areas being 2 to 4 °C higher, and the average daily temperature is 8 to 12 °C, which is conducive to planting rice in a season. However, the most powerful wind and dust weather in Xinjiang this spring appeared on 21-23, which is not good for spring sowing.

It is expected that in the next week (April 25 to May 1), most of the meteorological conditions in the spring sowing area will be suitable; only the eastern agricultural areas of Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and western Jilin, northern Yunnan and southern Sichuan have soil moisture deviations, which are not suitable for spring sowing; southern Xinjiang, The eastern part of Heilongjiang and the northeastern part of Jilin are more suitable for spring sowing. The specific weather conditions are:

The average daily temperature in most parts of the Northeast is between 7 and 12 °C, which is close to the same period of the year. The rainfall in most areas is 10 to 20 mm, including 25 to 40 mm in parts of eastern Heilongjiang, Liaoning, and eastern Jilin. 50 to 90 mm, which is good for planting rice in the first season and sowing in spring corn. The eastern part of Heilongjiang and the northeastern part of Jilin Province have more precipitation, and the soil will be short-term and too wet. The spring maize and soybean dryland crops will be affected by the planting and sowing; the southern Xinjiang Basin will have sand and dust weather on 27-28 days, and some areas will have sandstorms. It is not good for cotton to be planted. The precipitation in the eastern agricultural areas of Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and western Jilin is still relatively small, and the soil shortage is persistent, which is unfavorable for spring maize planting; there is still no obvious rainfall weather in the dry areas such as Yunnan and southern Sichuan, which is unfavorable for the transplanting of one season rice and tobacco seedlings.

Spring broadcast of agricultural weather from April 25 to May 1, 2012

According to the weather situation, the following agricultural production proposals are proposed:

1. The northeastern region enters the peak period of spring sowing, and should seize the precipitation and ploughing. In the western part of the country, the area can be sown in spring by “watering”; the eastern part of the soil should be ploughed and ploughed, waiting for the ground temperature and soil. Sow when appropriate in humidity conditions.

2. The Yangtze River Basin should use the gap of the precipitation to clear the ditch, reduce the soil moisture in the field, and ensure that the dry land crops such as cotton are planted at the right time.

3. South of Sichuan and north-central Yunnan still have to rely on drought resistance to ensure the water for transplanting rice and tobacco seedlings in one season.
