1. Disassembly 1 Use a special spanner to adjust the "hydraulic nut" adjustment screw (two or three) to the bottom of the plunger chamber (until the handle is unscrewed) and unscrew one of the exhaust ports at the bottom of the "hydraulic nut". Screw out, remove the ball, and connect the grease gun outlet port to the "hydraulic nut" vent. Operate the grease gun and remove the piston ring (piston top bead), gasket, and Y-ring.
2 Remove the pressure indicator mast assembly.
3 Remove the grease gun. Remove the positioning block, unscrew the regulator screw and seal assembly. Unscrew all exhaust screws. At this point, the hydraulic nut is removed.
2. Cleaning 1 Use kerosene or gasoline for cleaning.
2 Ensure that the dead angle of the oil inlet holes in the hydraulic chamber is clean. After the cleaning is completed, blow with an air gun.
