Nanping Aluminum successfully developed high-strength electrician round aluminum rod

Recently, the casting department of Nanping Aluminium Electrolysis Plant has adjusted the process parameters, and successfully developed the A8 high-strength electric round aluminum rod in the continuous casting and rolling line 2.
The strength issue of aluminum rods has been a major problem that has plagued many electric pole manufacturers. After receiving the development task of A8 rod, South Aluminum took full advantage of the rolling strength of the second aluminum-magnesium-silicon production line, strictly controlled the temperature of aluminum water and the grade of aluminum water, improved the quality of the melt, and skillfully used the performance when producing the A6 rod. Quantity, groping the A8 rod's process parameters, finally succeeded in producing excellent high-strength rods at one time. After continuous and stable production with 30 furnaces, it proved that Nanluo already had the production capacity for mass production of A8 high-strength rods.
