The standard process for quality assurance in pre-embedded bolt operations typically involves several key steps to ensure accuracy and reliability. First, the outer structural foundation's pre-embedded bolt angle steel frame is processed. This begins with cutting the angle steel column using ∠50×5 material. The length of the angle steel column is calculated based on the design drawing, and the cutting is done so that the actual length is 30mm longer than the calculated value to allow for adjustments. The height of the sample rack is determined by subtracting the secondary grouting height and the thickness of the protective layer from the design height, ensuring precise alignment during installation.
Next, the fixed anchor plate is manufactured. Preliminary positioning bolts are welded onto the angle steel. The central hole diameter and angle of the bolt holes on the anchor plate are mechanically punched according to the specifications provided in the drawings. It is essential to verify that the elevation, verticality, and opening size of the sample support remain within the specified tolerances to guarantee proper fit and function.
Each frame foundation is constructed using a steel plate and a rectangular anchor plate with a thickness of 5 mm. A cross line is marked on the anchor steel plate, and based on the design requirements, it is cut at 15° or 30° angles. On this plate, 24 circular holes are machined—specifically M45, M56, and M42 in diameter—ensuring they align perfectly with the positions indicated in the design drawings. This meticulous preparation ensures that the anchor plates match the structural needs of the project precisely.
Once the anchor models are completed, they are labeled according to their size and location. This numbering system helps streamline the installation process and reduces the risk of errors during assembly. By following these detailed procedures, the overall quality and efficiency of the pre-embedded bolt operations are significantly enhanced, contributing to the long-term stability and safety of the structure.
