The standard process for quality assurance in pre-embedded bolt operations typically involves several key steps to ensure accuracy and structural integrity. First, the outer structural foundation's pre-embedded bolt angle steel frame is fabricated. This begins with cutting the angle steel columns, which are made from ∠50×5 angle steel as specified. The length of each column is calculated based on the design drawings, and then cut with an extra 30 mm to allow for adjustments. The height of the sample rack is determined by subtracting the secondary grouting height and the thickness of the protective layer from the design height, ensuring precise alignment.
Next, the fixed anchor plate is produced. Preliminary positioning bolts are welded onto the angle steel frame. The central hole diameter and angle of the bolt holes on the anchor plate are machined according to the drawing specifications. It is crucial to verify that the elevation, verticality, and opening size of the sample support meet the required tolerances to prevent any misalignment during installation.
Each frame foundation uses a steel plate with a thickness of 5 mm, combined with a rectangular anchor plate. A cross line is marked on the anchor steel plate, and it is then processed using a machine to create 15° or 30° angles, depending on the design requirements. A total of 24 circular holes (with diameters M45, M56, and M42) are drilled into the anchor plate, ensuring they match the positions indicated in the design drawings precisely.
Once the anchor model is completed, it is labeled and numbered according to its size for easy identification during the installation phase. This systematic approach helps maintain consistency and reduces the risk of errors. Additionally, all components are inspected before final assembly to ensure they meet the required standards. Proper documentation and labeling also play a vital role in maintaining traceability throughout the construction process. These measures collectively contribute to a reliable and efficient pre-embedded bolt installation, enhancing the overall quality and safety of the structure.
