0 Preface

This paper introduces the application of power management system in schools through the power management system of Huizhou Xinghe Dandi Huiyang South China Affiliated School.

1 Project overview and construction goals

On September 19, 2011, the signing ceremony of the joint sponsorship of Xinghe Group and Huiyang District Government and South China Normal University was officially established. The Huiyang District Government took the lead and the Xinghe Group invested to introduce the advanced teaching philosophy and quality teaching system of South China Normal University to Huiyang. While strengthening Huiyang's local educational strength, it also provided a new kind of remote education and home ownership solution for Shenzhen citizens who are suffering from the shortage of degree resources.

In the distribution management, the school keeps pace with the times and adopts the advanced intelligent Acrel3000 power management system to achieve centralized management and centralized control, eliminating the cumbersome on-duty meter reading of on-duty personnel, with less investment, concise and practical. 2 Design of power management system

The whole power management system takes the computer station control management system as the core, and realizes remote telemetry and remote signaling for the electricity meter of the entire power distribution system. The system can realize the functions of monitoring, measuring, recording and alarming all the meters according to the needs of the users.

The entire distribution system is connected into an effective whole, so that the collection of distributed data is realized, and the centralized analysis of the background data is finally applied to the circulation management of the power distribution system.

2.1 System Structure

According to the distribution of the instrument, the power management system construction adopts a layered and distributed structure. The system includes: station management layer, network communication layer, and field device layer.

The station controls the management personnel to directly interact with the computer for human-computer interaction, calculate, analyze and process all kinds of data information on the collected site, and reflect the operation status of the site in the form of graphics, digital display, sound, etc., which is the most Upper part. Mainly consists of system software and necessary hardware equipment, such as industrial grade computers, printers, UPS power supplies and so on.

The device used in the communication layer is the ARS485 module. This layer is a bridge for data information exchange. It is responsible for collecting, classifying and transmitting the data information returned by the field devices, and at the same time relaying various control commands of the host computer to the field devices.

The field device layer is mainly connected to various types of instruments used for electrical parameter acquisition and measurement in the network, and is also a basic component necessary for constructing the power distribution system. According to the actual characteristics of the project, 135 DDSD1352-C smart meters are installed in each circuit of the low-voltage distribution circuit during the design of the project, realizing three-phase current, three-phase voltage, frequency, power, electric energy and other electrical parameters of each circuit. Monitoring; and monitoring the closing status of each circuit breaker.

2.2 Power Management System Software Function Design

The system is designed according to the actual needs of customers, and realizes a main wiring diagram interface display; electrical parameter telemetry and electrical parameter over-limit alarm; event record; system operation abnormal monitoring; fault alarm and operation record; report query and printing; user rights management And other major features.

2.2.1 Data collection and processing

Data collection mainly includes analog quantity and digital quantity acquisition. The analog acquisition is mainly to collect the line voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency and other information. The collection of the switch is mainly to the working state of the circuit breaker, realizing the local real-time display of remote data. The data processing is mainly to display the electrical parameters collected according to the requirements to the user in real time, to meet the automation and intelligent requirements of the power distribution monitoring, and to store the collected data in the database for the user to inquire.

3. Significance of applying power management system in power supply and distribution design
