However, not all of the waste oil is recycled to biodiesel. According to industry insiders, at present, part of Guiyang's waste oil and swill oil is recycled and refined into biodiesel, and some of them are recycled by the unscrupulous people to be refined into edible oil.

Luo Zhiqiang said that Guiyang's recycling of waste oil into biodiesel is only one of his own, two-thirds of Guiyang's waste oil, they recycle waste into treasure, one-third of the waste oil is lost, and the destination is unknown.

He took out 1,000 yuan, bought equipment, and opened a factory. Every night in the middle of the night, he rode a bicycle, shuttled the oil in the streets and lanes, and then extracted the fatty oil to sell the soap to the soap maker.

Luo Zhiqiang earned a lot of money by using the trench oil. He can play 100-200 mahjong, and he also took out an annual salary of 120,000, and dug the local daily chemical master to the factory for guidance. The chief engineer likes to smoke, and Luo Zhiqiang is also responsible for supplying a pack of Chinese.

Luo Zhiqiang stipulated that smoking is not allowed during working hours, but the chief engineer hired by high salary does not eat this set, and always likes to take a cigarette to work. Unexpectedly, the cigarette smoked by the chief worker accidentally fell into the oil pipeline, and the ignition exploded. The entire factory was instantly turned into ashes, and Luo Zhiqiang also lost a good light.

However, Luo Zhiqiang did not look down on this. In 2001, he rolled up the cover and took the train to Guiyang. He bought a red motorcycle and continued to "eat" the waste oil.

At that time, there were more than 10 companies in Guiyang doing business in the trench oil. They form interest groups between them and it is difficult to get in. Going to the hotel restaurant to collect the oil, people don’t sell it to you at all. "Don’t talk about selling, even the door can't get in."

In 2005, Luo Zhiqiang expanded the business of waste oil to the production of paints. The fatty acids extracted from the waste oil can be sold for 1,800 yuan per ton, and can earn more than 30,000 yuan a month.

Loss business

Now, receiving a ton of waste oil will cost 500 yuan.

In 2006, it began to use the waste oil from the trench oil to make biodiesel. Luo Zhiqiang seized the opportunity. He bought equipment, recruited troops, started the business, and determined to become a big market. In those few years, the situation of the biodiesel market was very good. Luo Zhiqiang also tasted the sweetness of making a lot of money, and it can sell up to 8,000 yuan per ton.

In addition to making money, he also invented a patent during this period. Once, when the oil was collected at a restaurant in Arrow Street, he found that the restaurant that produced 200 kilograms of ditch oil every day suddenly could not catch 20 pounds of waste oil. He was surprised and ran to ask the manager. It was discovered that it was the hotel that cleaned the house on the same day. A large amount of water flowed into the manhole that collected the waste oil, and then washed away the waste oil.

Luo Zhiqiang followed the sewer pipe and found that the trench oil was finally injected into the Nanming River through the pipeline. Therefore, he associates all the restaurants and restaurants in Guiyang. He digs a manhole in the treatment of the waste oil and then drains it into the manhole with pipes. He feels that this is not safe. Once it is not handled properly, the waste oil will flow into the underground or riverbed. Pollution. Since then, he has tried his mind to solve this problem.

An occasional opportunity to use the principle of light oil and light weight, the manhole used in the previous restaurant hotel was extended to 1 meter deep and 1 meter long, and then a water slag Sanxiang separator was installed inside. Soon, Luo Zhiqiang freely built a grease trap for more than 8,000 restaurants and hotels, including well-known companies such as Laoganma. According to a calculation of 8,000 yuan, the company spent nearly 70 million yuan on this investment. However, the company is therefore given the absolute right to freely recycle these stores.

In the past three years, it was the most difficult period for Luo Zhiqiang. Affected by the continuous decline in international oil prices, the use of waste oil to refine biodiesel is a loss-making business.

Luo Zhiqiang calculated an account. The cost of collecting and transporting one ton of trench oil is 2,500 yuan (including labor, vehicle maintenance, etc.), and the production of biodiesel can only sell 2,000 yuan. Luo Zhiqiang said that many catering hotels now have leaking water because they have not built a grease trap or the original way of using manholes. Especially in the community, everyone who eats the remaining leftovers is discharged into the sewage pipe network along the sewer pipe. This has caused waste of resources and pollution to the environment.

There is also a lawless person who takes back the water from the processing and refines it into edible oil for sale to the market and earns huge profits. By purchasing new equipment, one ton of trench oil can refine 0.9 tons of biodiesel, and with the reduction of labor costs, one ton can earn 300-500 yuan. At the same time, the generated waste water is converted into heat and electricity through ozone technology. Can save the company 600,000 yuan.
