These devices are the SPC-500 block bottom cutting machine that was just developed in November last year (referred to as the "bottom cutting machine"). “Now, the circular economy is very popular, and the equipment we developed can make the most use of the blocks, so this will be a processing machine that we are pushing this year.” Cai Jianhua said that the equipment uses a joint structure, trolley It adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can be adjusted according to stone material and feed amount. The cutting efficiency is high and the degree of automation is high, which allows the enterprise to make full use of the bottom of the block to improve the utilization of stone resources and bring more economic benefits.

The development of this slab cutting machine, for Zheng Yuandong, chairman of the giant wheel machinery, is also unintentional. In the first half of last year, Zheng Yuandong visited Hubei Suizhou and visited a granite stone enterprise. The boss of the company took him to the processing workshop and walked. In less than half a year, the giant wheel developed a cutting board bottom cutting machine. After technical debugging, this equipment debuted at the Stone Expo last year.

This is the first mechanical enterprise in China that is responsible for the secondary utilization of the bottom of the board. Cai Jianhua said that the equipment sold 4 units on the spot during the Stone Expo, and there are still many intentional customers to follow up. After the equipment was sold, many companies in China had copied. However, Cai Jianhua did not worry: "We have started mass production, and patent applications are also underway, and we are not afraid of being infringed. This shows that there is a great demand in the market. ”

In fact, the giant wheel has been in the forefront of the market, and developed the first set of stone sheet production equipment in China more than 10 years ago. Nowadays, its products have covered two major fields of stone processing such as cutting, grinding and polishing, and it has nearly 20 series models. Constantly introducing new and powerful machinery, it has become one of the top ten stone machinery enterprises in China.

Cai Jianhua was deeply impressed by the development of domestic counterparts in the past two years. Since 2008, all domestic industries have been developing at a high speed. In the major industries of Nan'an, there are also many enterprises that buy land and cover factories to expand rapidly. In the past few years, some people have made money, and some people have gone too fast because of the pace. Now they are in a quagmire and it is difficult to turn around.

In this regard, Cai Jianhua is quite fortunate for the huge wheel. "The development of the stone industry in the past two years is not optimistic, but the giant ship can calmly deal with it, which is related to our lack of blind expansion." He said that the next direction of the giant ship must also learn from companies in Japan and Taiwan. Fine, become the "invisible champion" in the industry.

In the market planning, the giant wheel also suspended any movements of outward expansion, and placed the core strength in the research and development of stone processing machinery. “Compared with mine development equipment, the market demand for processing equipment is even greater, even 10 times. So, in the next few years, we will put more energy into the research and development of processing equipment.”
