Vehicle antennas are essential components for in-car radio systems and mobile communication. Many vehicles come with built-in antennas, while others use external ones. A car antenna is specifically designed to be mounted on a vehicle for improved signal reception and transmission. The most commonly used type is the suction cup antenna, which is easy to install and remove. Due to its flexibility, it is often used as an alternative to base antennas in temporary or simple setups.
There are various types of vehicle antennas, including shortened, quarter-wavelength, center-loaded, five-eighths wavelength, and half-wavelength designs. In general, the longer the antenna, the better its performance, similar to how mobile phones benefit from longer antennas for better signal strength. However, longer antennas can create issues when driving through low-clearance areas like under bridges or in underground garages. Therefore, many vehicles have antenna length restrictions—typically not exceeding 70 cm. Vans, in particular, require shorter antennas due to space limitations.
Newer "shortened" antennas are compact and ideal for applications where concealment is necessary. Although their gain is lower than traditional models, they are suitable for environments where aesthetics or space are priorities. For vehicles that operate over large areas, high-gain antennas are recommended. For example, 350 MHz high-gain antennas often feature a five-eighths wavelength design with a sensing coil near the top. Similarly, 400 MHz dual half-wave antennas have two added coils on the radiator, providing higher gain and better performance.
Five-eighths and center-loaded antennas also offer good gain at a more affordable price, making them popular choices. If you're using the antenna as a temporary fixed station, a high-gain suction cup antenna could be a practical option, allowing for more flexibility in length without strict limitations.
When selecting an antenna, it's important to consider both appearance and gain. It's advisable to choose products from well-known manufacturers, as they tend to provide accurate specifications and reliable quality. For bulk purchases, customizing with professional antenna manufacturers based on the desired frequency band can ensure optimal performance. Additionally, when using a suction cup antenna as a stationary unit, placing a metal plate (like a sheet of iron) with a radius larger than one meter underneath can improve signal efficiency. Imported original equipment antennas are often costly without significant advantages, so domestic alternatives are usually preferred.
Passenger Elevator
According to the national standard GB7588-2003 "Elevator Design Code", the maximum design load capacity of machine room less passenger elevators is generally 630kg, 800kg, 1000kg, 1150kg, 1350kg, 1600kg and other specifications, which are suitable for different transportation needs and scenarios. The advantages of MR elevator are larger load capacity, lower noise, and easier daily inspection and maintenance.
We can supply lifts with a maximum passenger capacity of 3-46 persons, a maximum load of 7000kg (15428Lbs), a travel of up to 120m, and a speed of up to 4.0m/s.
