"Grafting Modification Technology of Nano-SiO2 Surface and Its Application in High Weather Resistant Powder Coatings for Aluminum Profile" Acceptance Acceptance At 9 o'clock on May 6th, 2011, the acceptance conference of Foshan University's special fund for production, education and research, "grafting of nano-SiO2 surface and its application in high weather resistant powder coatings for aluminum profiles" was held in Guangdong Xingfa Aluminum Co., Ltd. The conference was organized by Foshan Science and Technology Bureau, Chancheng District Economic Promotion Bureau, from South China Precision Manufacturing R&D Institute, Foshan Science and Technology Institute, Foshan High-tech Applied Research Association, Foshan Hualian Organic Silicon Co., Ltd., Foshan Kangcheng An expert team composed of experts and professors of the accounting firm accepted the project.

The project research group was established by the Guangdong Xingfa Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. and the Foshan University of Science and Technology through the cooperation model of production, learning and research. Wu Xikun, deputy general manager and Professor Chen Dongchu respectively served as the project leader and technical leader. The project was funded by Guangdong Xingfa Aluminum Co., Ltd., and it was funded by the special fund project of the University of Foshan in 2006. The technology development and application promotion work lasted for three years. The project developed a new type of surface graft modification technology for high-purity SiO2 powders produced by self-made RF glow discharge inductively coupled plasma powders, which greatly improved the dispersion stability of nano-SiO2 and solved the problem of easy aggregation of nano-sized powders. The key technical problem is to apply the modified nano powder to the polyester powder coating to improve the properties of the coating such as aging resistance and corrosion resistance, and to improve the service life and service safety of the sprayed aluminum profile product.

The expert group carefully listened to the project team's work summary reports and conducted inquiries, and highly evaluated and fully affirmed the completion of the project. The project has applied for 2 invention patents, of which 1 is authorized and 4 papers have been published in the core journals. When the project is completed, the products have reached the technical specifications specified in the contract, and the technical indicators of the sprayed aluminum profiles comply with GB5237.4-2008 "Aluminum Alloy Construction Profiles Part 4: Powder Spray Profiles "Standard requirements, users respond well. After the implementation of the project, the cumulative sales income of 24.3 million yuan, profits and taxes 2.91 million yuan, and achieved significant economic and social benefits. The acceptance expert group believes that the indicators of the project meet the requirements of the contract and agree to pass the acceptance.
